Her inner child held on for dear life to the old way… but at what cost?

She clings on, knowing she is suffocating herself, her playfulness and her emotional freedom, Her light and joy. Even though she so wanted another way of being, it terrified her to give it up to be something new.

‘New’ is scary as hell, who knows what goes on there.

So, she really had to brace for the fight and command the pain, suffering and stuckness to leave. She had to defend her position and say ‘no f**cking more’.

I witnessed her being so, so brave. Not abandoning herself any longer. Moving courageously through the layers of numbness, sadness and pain. Being the one she has been waiting for. Then she reached the point of no return… to let it all f**cking go. It was hard, but she got there. Her whole body became electric… finally, waking up from its slumber of abandonment and rejection.

In return, the rewards are great… she is beginning a new way of being… light, freedom and love. Who knows what is possible now. But she is excited to feel her way forward.
