Family…

I was moved to tears today… during a powerful session with a client.

She came to coaching originally to explore her sexual life force and to love herself more. She also wanted to heal past traumatic events to have a better relationship with herself and others.

I have been witness to the magic unfolding over the months.

She also has suffered greatly with family relationships, connection and communication. A product of parenting patterns passed down the line. Today in her session we found out why. I suspect she already knew. Today was solid confirmation what has been passed down her family linage to create the disconnect, pain, anger and abandonment. A rejection of love.

Today, she received the invitation to step up from her ancestors. Who have given her the gifts they did not have the choice in their lifetime to be.

Connectedness. Kinship. Culture. Family. Belonging.

She will step up into her position of matriarch in a new way. She can be this because we are living in times where she can say yes. It is time.

I was so moved by this process as I guided her to heal herself. Her discovering. Honouring her. The work she has done. For herself, the line of women she comes from. And her children.

Her whole face changed.

Soften, opened and lightened.

Potent generational healing.

All of the things she has been longing for her whole life.

She can now be the woman she is here to be.
