Sickness…

Running fear through your system on a consistent basis will make you sick.

It runs down your immune system, causes inflammation, blood pressure issues, hormone imbalances, nervous system collapse and emotional turmoil. They are all BIG reasons to stay healthy.

So come back to the basics.

Keep it simple.

YOU have the power to take good care of yourself.

Keep a curious mind.

Feel into your heart.

Trust your gut.

Once in your body, you find your clarity.

We live in a beautiful world. So once you unhook from the fear and come home to your body, you will be able to see it once again. Hope, health, inspiration, creativity, peace, clarity, vision, purpose, balance and freedom. It is all waiting for you once you unhook from the drama and ready to live life on your terms.

So what are some practical things you can begin with?

Turn off the telly, news and unhook from social media if you know you are using these addictive tools took much. You will know this if they make you feel sad or mad and you rely on someone else opinion over your own inner guidance system. Unhook.

Get out in nature. Nature has always been the most potent healer. Think about your childhood growing up. How much time did you spend in nature? Where was your happy place? Do more of that. You know the way.

Eat healthy wholefoods and unhook from alcohol for a bit. A good detox is a great way to clean out your body, unhook from addictions like sugar or processed foods, or alcohol which is a depressant if you are already feeling stressed. As you get older, you want to be more mindful of the state of your physical body. Is yours happy and healthy? Start there.

Hook into some emotional healing. Learn how to take good care of your nervous system. Model to those around you, like your children, what balance looks and feels like. Those kids are well on their way to become you. Do you like what they see?

Be around good people who lift you higher, not those who hold you back in the drama. You will become like the five people you spend most of your time with. Do you have a healthy friendship tribe? Positive people, positive vibes, positive lifestyle and positive language.

Take a fresh look at your priorities. Take a fresh look at your life from a bird’s eye view. How’s it going for you? What can you cull, declutter and let go of? Create some space to breathe. Why are you doing all the things you are doing? Is the way you are living life right now working towards your personal values and priorities?

Keep it simple.

Breath into your belly and listen to what you gut wants for you.
