Enough…

You are enough.

You are doing enough.

You are on the full moon fence and about to drop off on the otherside.

While you are up high radiate your light.

While you are up high celebrate you. Allow yourself to see all of the places you have done good.

This mother seal gave birth to a stillborn pup. In the night she called out to him, with no answer.

The next day, she spent the whole day close by near him, or in the water just looking towards him.

She allowed herself to be present and honour that she had grown him all those months in her womb. And stayed present to her feelings.

She stood tall. Proud. Present.

She allowed herself to be enough. Whatever she had achieved. It was enough. She had done good.

If you zoom in this photo you’ll see I made a little coral shelter over the pup as his little body was getting sunburnt. He was still in the birth sac with the placenta attached.
