Legacy…

Anniversaries of my dads death don’t mean a lot to me. Because his legacy is saturated throughout my daily life, my children and my work.

The greatest gift we offer the dead is our capacity to go on living with meaning and purpose.

You know one of the greatest fears of the dying is that they will be forgotten. That they did nothing significant enough to be remembered.

So in my dads name, for better and for worst, I live on.

He taught me how to live and how not to live. I embrace both. The light and shadow.

Don’t wait until someone is dying or dead to consider the impact they have had on you.

Begin your wondering on the spiritual journey that death is.

Anytime is good.
