The time of grieving is potent.
Liminal space. Heightened senses.
Our human self is ravished by heartbreak, pain and despair.
Our divine self has a bigger knowing that ‘its okay’.
How do we reconcile the space in between?
We tend to our human needs.
Feel it all.
Take care of yourself.
Move in and out of your grieving.
Allow your divine self to support you.
Allow the season, cycles and elements to support you.
Perform the simple rituals that feel right.
You are never alone in your grief.
There is change, turmoil and death all around us.
Lets weave in this prayer for openness.
Let us improve our practices around death and grief.
Lets us speak the names.
Let us cry the tears.
Let us shout the rage.
Let our hearts crack open.
Lets us plant new seeds.
Let us laugh again.
