Belly breathing, resting your nervous system.

Self-holding, taking care of your little self within.

Learning tools to calm the mind, and get extra embodied support from yourself.

Practicing radical self-care so that you are in a good place to take care of others like your children, relax with your lover, be patient and manage daily challenges like work.

Learning how to be in your body so you can experience pleasure, love, connection and joy.

Learning to listen to the signs your body is sending you like illness, pain and tension.

It’s the little things that matter the most.

Anything else is icing on the cake.

How is your body feeling right now?

How is your head feeling?

How is your heart feeling?

All of my clients said today… ‘ahhhh you have already taught me this and I had forgotten’. And that’s okay. Because each time you go a little deeper. It lands more authentically and makes your life easier and more fun.
